Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order from Smarty.

Returns

• You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged and in its original box with all accessories.
• Products that have been installed, cut, drilled or fitted to a door or wall cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +962 795 644 030 or email us with your order number.

Faulty products

• If a product arrives damaged or stops working because of a manufacturing fault, contact us within the warranty period and we will repair or replace it.
• Please report delivery damage within 48 hours with photos.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check the returned product, we refund the product price by the original payment method (cash or CliQ) within 7 working days.
• Delivery and installation fees are not refundable unless the product is faulty.
